Shipping Information
A variety of fast and reliable shippers give you access to professional services from nearly anywhere in the world. Sending and insuring through United Parcel Service (UPS) is highly recommended. If you are shipping from the U.S.A., you may also wish to consider using the United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail.
Pack all equipment in a plastic bag within a sturdy box with plenty of cushioning for minimal movement and shifting during shipping. Better yet, double pack (box within a box) or have your equipment professionally packed by your local shipping store. Insure your package for the full amount of the equipment (the cost is minimal, and well worth it). Please call or send an e-mail before shipping your package. Finally, be sure to include all your contact information inside the package.
Shipping from outside the European Union?
For all packages shipped from outside the EU, please be sure to include a “proforma invoice”, which is required by Customs in both my country and yours. A proforma invoice documents the package contents and must include the following statement:
FOR REPAIR/MAINTENANCE ONLY. WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
